Darryl E. Meiers, 85, of Hutchinson Island, Jensen Beach, FL and formerly of Marcellus, NY, passed away August 31, 2024. Darryl was a 1957 graduate of Marcellus Central Schools and attended Morrisville State College. He worked at his family’s dairy farm. Darryl was the owner and president of the Martisco Paper Co., Inc. He was a communicant of St. Francis Xavier Church in Marcellus and Holy Family Church, Port St. Lucie, FL. Darryl was predeceased by his wife of 53 years, the former Agnes Welsh and his sister Dianne Bass Klinger.

Surviving are two sons, David (Amy) and Paul; grandchildren, Mackenzie and Luke; nieces Kim and Kristin Bass, and nephew John (Holly) Bass.

A graveside service will be 11am, October 16th at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Marcellus. There will be no calling hours.
