She worked in office administration for LaFayette Family Health Center and then PHP. Helen enjoyed cooking and was very good at it. She loved to read, play Scrabble and Yahtzee, and camped regularly. Helen was sober for 43 years and while she wouldn't admit it - She was very proud of that.
Helen was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Julia Leigh; two sisters Pat (Jim) Hill and Nancy Casler.
Surviving Helen are her daughter Vickie Hopkins and son Eric (Christine) Robinson. She has the two best grandchildren River and Ragen Robinson, that she adored. Surviving also are her ex-husband Jack Robinson and sister-in-law Virginia Nelk. She leaves behind so many very special nieces, nephews, and then the "Greats" and now some amazing "Great-Greats", that gave her so much joy.
Whether you knew her as Helen, Mom, Nana, Dickie, Aunt Dick or Cha Cha, you knew how funny, witty and sarcastic she was, and you knew without a doubt – How much she loved you.
