Thomas William Reilly, 87, of Marcellus, NY passed away unexpectedly December 21, 2022. Thomas was born on February 11, 1935 to Michael Patrick Reilly and Florence Hulda Cook. He is predeceased by his siblings Lorraine Young, Michael Reilly and Helen Barrett.

Thomas graduated from Onondaga Central High School. He proudly served in the US Army and was honorably discharged. After his service, he started a bricklayers apprenticeship with Union #2 where he was a member for 69 years. Thomas was employed with Hopkins & Reilly Mason Contractors for over 60 years, and after retirement he worked part-time at Pine Grove Country Club. He was an avid reader, golfer, sports fan and enjoyed tinkering with his tractor. Thomas especially enjoyed time spent with his family. He was a devout Catholic, and a parishioner at St. Francis Xavier Church in Marcellus for 50 years.

He is survived by his wife Virginia Natoli Reilly; children Colleen (Tom) Jaworowicz, Kathleen (Frank) Szczech and Tom (Colleen) Reilly; and grandchildren Tom, Josh, Nadia, Brianna, Frank, Julianna, Tommy and Jack.

Calling hours will be Tuesday, December 27 from 4 to 6pm at Ryan Funeral Home, 44 E. Main Street, Marcellus. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated the next morning, Wednesday, December 28 at 11am in St. Francis Xavier Church. The Rite of Committal and burial will follow at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.
