Anne E. Emperor, 78, of Skaneateles passed away September 15, 2021 at the Finger Lakes Center for Living in Auburn, NY. Anne graduated from Nazareth College of Rochester and was awarded a Master's Degree from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University. She was a secondary teacher (Social Studies) and a computer programmer, retiring from MONY in 2000. Anne was a communicant of St. Mary's of the Lake Church, Skaneateles. She was a past president of the Irish American Cultural Institute of CNY and Chief of the Curtin Clan Association of Ireland. Anne is survived by many cousins, including Maureen Kays of Mexico, NY, Marilyn O'Brien Atkinson, Judy Curtin of Rochester, Honorable Charles Major and Father Peter Major MHM, both of Skaneateles. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 25, in St. Mary's of the Lake Church, Skaneateles. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Skaneateles.
