Obituary of Steven M. McManus

Steven M. McManus, 31, of Syracuse passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 28, 2020. He was born and raised in Marcellus and was a 2007 graduate of Marcellus Central School District. Steven loved and was adored by children. He enjoyed music, art, reading, movies, comic books, working out at the gym, playing video games, watching football, baseball and boxing. He was comical and enjoyed spending time with family and friends and making us all laugh. Steven was employed by Allied Universal and worked as a 2nd Shift Security Supervisor at Destiny USA. Surviving Steven are his mother Tamara L. Richards of Marcellus; his father and step mother Steven R. and Kelsey McManus of Syracuse; his brother Tyler J. McManus of Marcellus; paternal grandparents John Robert and Margaret McManus of Marcellus; maternal grandparents Richard and Jean Bailer of Skaneateles; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Steven was loved by all and will be missed. Burial and service will be private. There will be a celebration of Steven’s life to be determined for a later date.
