Obituary of Stewart L. Hill
Stewart L. Hill, 83 of Syracuse passed away on December 17, 2018 at St. Camillus with family by his side. Stew served in the U.S. Army and was a building contractor who was active in the South Onondaga Fire Department and a member and past master of the Masonic Konosioni Lodge #950 F. & A.M. He spent the summers on the St. Lawrence River with his family.
Stew is survived by his wife, Carol of 60 years; his children Greg (Wendy), Susan (Juan Carlos) and Brian (Donna); grandchildren Kendra, Hillary, Courtney, Nathan, Kyle, Cris, Kailee and Matthew; great grandchildren; his brother Curt and several nieces and nephews. Stew was predeceased by his brother Harold.
A memorial funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 10:00 am in the Christ Community Church, 3644 Warners Rd., Syracuse, NY 13209.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital.
