Obituary of Mary Jane Licardo
Mary Jane (Reagan) Licardo, 73, of Oswego and formerly of Syracuse peacefully passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018 at Strong Memorial Hospital after a short illness. She was born in Syracuse and graduated from Marcellus High School where she made lifelong friends. Mary Jane attended Auburn Community College and worked at Upstate Medical Center for 30 years.
Mary Jane's hobbies included going to estate sales, watching NASCAR races and she loved going to concerts with her fiancé Bill. The two of them visited the Grand Canyon in 2017.
Mary Jane was predeceased by her husband Charles Licardo; son Jeffrey Richardson; and siblings Leonard and Sally Reagan.
She leaves her fiancé William White; sons Daniel Richardson and Joel Richardson (Jen) and grandson Joshua Richardson. Also siblings John Reagan, George Reagan (Ann) and Dorothy Matthews (George). Along with several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff at Strong Memorial Hospital for their special care.
There will be calling hours from 10am to noon on Monday August 13 at Ryan Funeral Home, 44 E. Main Street, Marcellus. Service and burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Strong Memorial Hospital Solid Organ Transplant Center, 601 Elmwood Ave., Rochester, NY 14642.
