Richard J. Davies
Richard "Dick" J. Davies, 83, of Marcellus passed away on October 31, 2014. He was born in Waukesha, WI and graduated from the University of Wisconsin. He served in the US Army for two years during the Korean War. Dick worked as a management consultant for Albert Ramond and Associates in Chicago, IL covering the Northeast until his retirement. He was a Deacon and Elder of the Marcellus First Presbyterian Church and served on two Presbytery committees.
He was predeceased by his father, Lewis and 2 sisters, Barbara and Jane.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife of 58 years, Jacquline; mother, Frances (who now has passed away November 7, 2014) and sister, Maryon Wiesenthal, both of Waukesha, WI; 4 daughters, Susan (Martin) Wegman of Skaneateles, Sara (Ron Evans) Davies of Marietta, Rebecca Lawson of Rocky River, OH and Rachel (Mark) Pederson of Arlington Heights, IL; and 6 grandchildren, Jacob (Lisa) and Brendan Wegman, Ashley Evans, Natalie Lawson, and Kiel and Lindsay Pederson.
A memorial service will be held 11:30 a.m. Saturday, November 22nd in the Marcellus First Presbyterian Church, 1 E. Main Street, Marcellus, followed by a reception. Graveside services will be private.
