Jeanne H. Swift, 92, of Marietta, NY passed away at Auburn Community Hospital, April 19, 2026 after a brief illness. Jeanne graduated from Mineola High School in 1952 and then from the McDowells School of Design and attended Nassau Community College. She worked many years and retired from Empower Federal Credit Union. Jeanne was a communicant of St. Francis Xavier Church in Marcellus. She was an avid bowler, enjoyed spending winters in Myrtle Beach and the rest of the year at her home on Otisco Lake.

Jeanne was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Jean Wayne; brothers John Wayne and Vincent Wayne, and her sister Josephine Doyle.

Surviving are her husband of 71 years, William Swift; children Kathleen Swift (Dean) of Arverne, NY, Maureen (Thomas Smith) of Longs, SC, Dawn (Donald Wart) of Phoenix, NY, and Barbara (Gordon MacQuarrie) of Allentown, PA; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Calling hours will be Sunday, April 26 from 1 to 3pm at Ryan Funeral Home, 44 E. Main Street, Marcellus. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated the next morning 11am Monday in St. Francis Xavier Church, One W. Main Street, Marcellus.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Francis Xavier Church or Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
