Margaret M. McManus, 87, passed away on March 7, 2026. A life resident of Marcellus, NY, she was active in many various organizations.

Margaret was predeceased by her parents Doris and Fredrick Mathieson Sr.; sister Marilyn Mann; brothers Fredrick Jr. and Robert Mathieson; her son James and grandson Steven.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, John (Bob); sons John of Idaho, Steven of Syracuse, Mark (Amelia) of Marcellus; daughter Mary (Larry) of Syracuse; 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson and several nieces and nephews. Many people called her Grandma.

Calling hours will be from 3 to 6pm Friday, March 13 and the funeral service will then be 10am Saturday, March 14, both held at Ryan Funeral Home, 44 E. Main St., Marcellus. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery, Marcellus.
