Scott D. Bishop Sr., 74, of Marietta, NY died March 4, 2026 at home. Scott was born to Alfred D. and Noreen (Usherwood) Bishop on February 26, 1952 in Syracuse. He was the second oldest of five siblings. Scott was predeceased by his long-time companion, Bev Zorn who passed July 1, 2021. He is survived by his son Scott (Melanie); his five grandchildren Emily, Bodie, Kellan, Shaylon and Grace; siblings Tom (Dolores), Fred (Christine), and Luanne Langille (Scott), and by numerous well-loved cousins, nieces and nephews. Scott was also predeceased by his mother, father, brother Jeff and niece Megan Mae. He was a devoted brother and loving grandfather. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family. At Scott's request, there will be no services. A private gathering to celebrate his life will take place this summer.
