Obituary of Steven D. Allen

Steven D. Allen, 56, of LaFayette passed away unexpectedly on May 7, 2025. He will be remembered for his quick wit, deep love of music, and passion for good food shared with family. Steve had a way of bringing laughter into any room, lifting spirits with his humor and warmth.

Above all, Steve cherished his family, finding joy in simple moments, meals made with love, and songs that spoke to the heart. His presence was a gift, and his memory will live on in the stories, melodies, and traditions he leaves behind.

Steve was predeceased by his parents Richard & Jolane and brother KC. He is survived by his siblings Debra (Gary) DePalma and Ernest (Lisa) Allen; adored nieces and nephews, along with many great nieces and nephews. Lastly, his "always and forever" Maggie.

A special acknowledgement to his beloved niece, "Miss America" Chelsea, who spent endless hours, caring for him with unwavering love and dedication. Her kindness and devotion brought him comfort and companionship in his time of need.

A service to honor his life will be held on May 17, 2025 at 12:00 pm at LaFayette Cemetery.

Steve will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
